Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hour notice to any changes/cancellations or you will be charged 50% of your service. NO exceptions for illness, weather, etc. You must cancel your appointment yourself using this website, I am not responsible for deposits/canceling/changing appointments.
I have a 10 min grace period for being late, after that your appointment is canceled and not refunded. No call-no shows are charged 100% of service!
DO NOT COME SICK. You will be asked to leave and possibly banned from my shop. I will never work on you sick, please give me the same respect!
Please make sure if you want nail art that you also select it as a service or i will not have time. This includes chrome and french tip!
Only 1 guest may accompany you, NO CHILDREN UNDER 7 ALLOWED. I have a fairly small space, sharp tools, and lots of chemicals. This is for everyone’s safety.
